I. General information on the service description

1. The cleaning is carried out thoroughly and gently using modern methods with the addition of environmentally friendly cleaning and care products. It includes the professional cleaning and care of the floors and furnishings, as well as the sanitary facilities with normal soiling with the frequency specified in the offer.

2. Tools and material are provided by us.

3. The client will provide sufficient suitable garbage cans and special garbage bags for the disposal of waste.

1. PVC floors are professionally treated with suitable products.

2. Stone floors and stairs are wiped wet with the addition of cleaning agents.

3. Carpet covering is vacuumed. The shampooing and extraction of a carpet according to the manufacturer's instructions will be charged separately as a special service according to the order.

III. Cleaning of furnishings

1. Ashtrays are emptied and wiped with a damp cloth.

IV. Sanitary facilities

1. The floor is wiped or scrubbed with a hygienic cleaning agent added to the water.

2. Sinks and mirrors are cleaned and chrome parts are polished.

3. Toilet facilities are cleaned with a special agent that dissolves limescale and urine scale. Existing covers are wiped down with the addition of a hygienic cleaning agent. Dirt on doors and tiles are removed.

4. A complete thorough cleaning is performed once a month. (tiles, partitions, doors).

V. Disclaimers

1. Electrical and mechanical machines are not cleaned for liability reasons.

2. The cleaning of curtains, towels, tablecloths is not part of the specifications.

3. Any removal of blockages in sanitary facilities are not included in the scope of services.

VI. cleaning times

Cleaning times are agreed individually with the client. A cleaning plan must be drawn up and agreed with the client.

VII. Special cleaning

If you wish, you can browse once a year**. That means: the desks and furniture are pushed aside and the surfaces underneath are thoroughly cleaned. These services are carried out on request and invoiced separately.
